Summer Zoo Camp Strategic Plan

As part of the interview process for my position at Schaefer Advertising, I developed a strategic plan for the Fort Worth Zoo's Summer Zoo Camp. The plan focused on two main components: introducing themed camps and soliciting corporate sponsorships. Aimed at increasing registration and raising additional funds to support the zoo’s conservation efforts, my plan outlined a clear course of action and strategies to target new audiences.
