Fort Worth Zoo's Zoo Ball

The Fort Worth Zoo's annual Zoo Ball is a staple in the fall social calendar for many Fort Worthians. The 2024 theme was Havana Nights, and as the intern on the ATA team at Schaefer, I served as an account coordinator on this project. I attended meetings with the client to document their vision and served as a liaison with the agency's creative, digital, and production teams to execute their vision. The project included an invitation, a 20-page digital auction guide (pages 1-3 included below), and an event microsite. This event is the Zoo's largest fundraiser and raises millions of dollars to support the Zoo's mission.
