Davey O'Brien Foundation Vendor Management

In preparation for our annual Awards Dinner and other auxiliary events in 2023, 2024, and 2025, I performed various event planning duties. This included menu selection and tasting, room set-up, ticket sales, table assignments, and managing 16+ volunteers and multiple vendors. I was responsible for communicating with the florist, photographer, videographer, jeweler, tuxedo rental store, and other outside contacts. All materials were delivered on time according to specifications.
