National Anthem Singers

The National Anthem is a defining moment in almost all sporting events, setting the tone for players and fans alike. As the sole organizer for 16 National Anthem performances at the 2025 Dallas Open, I was responsible for recruiting, coordinating, and ensuring execution of each performance.

With a nine-day schedule to fill, I leveraged my contacts from Dickies Arena, TCU Athletics, SMU, and the Frisco ISD, as well as returning performers from previous Dallas Opens, to curate a diverse lineup of singers. The final roster featured two choirs, four professional vocalists, and five middle school, high school, and college performers, including one artist who traveled from Charleston, SC.

In addition to recruiting and scheduling all the performers, I was responsible for all logistics and execution, such as writing introductions, coordinating with the sound and AV team, emcee, and stage manager, and ensuring each performer had the proper cues. From arrival to performance, I made sure that each anthem was delivered with the highest standards, contributing to a professional tournament experience.
