Executive Women's Day

The Charles Schwab Challenge hosts an Executive Women's Day luncheon every year on the Tuesday before the PGA TOUR tournament. This event celebrates the achievements of women, raises money for organizations that support women, and encourages attendees to “Help a Sister Up." I helped create the program, mailed invitations, wrote the run of show, managed travel logistics for keynote speakers, delivered sponsorship assets, managed the guest list, and communicated with our agency for social media coverage for the 2023 and 2024 events. Sponsorship inquiries increased by 50% after the 2023 event, and the luncheon was sold out in 2024.

The two events raised more than $100,000 for the Women’s Center of Tarrant County and The Boys and Girls Club of Tarrant County.
