Dickies Arena Koozies and Welcome Posters

Before each sold-out show at Dickies Arena, the marketing team distributes ~500 custom koozies to attendees on the Simmons Bank Plaza. The koozies feature a popular lyric from each artist, along with “at Dickies Arena” or “in Fort Worth.” I researched the lyrics to be featured on each artist’s welcome posters and concert koozies. Food and beverage sales have increased since the koozies were introduced during my second month at Dickies in July 2023. This cross-department collaboration between the food and beverage and marketing teams has been popular with concertgoers and has increased plaza party attendance.
