Fan Zone Load In/Out

The Fan Zone is a major attraction at the Dallas Open, featuring 15+ brand activations from partners like Panasonic, Kendra Scott, Hugo Boss, and Casamigos Tequila. As the lead coordinator for vendor logistics, I ensured a seamless load-in and load-out process for all activations.

I communicated critical scheduling, shipping, and dock access information to vendors, collecting Certificates of Insurance, scheduling load-in/out times, and coordinating delivery logistics. Working closely with the Tournament Manager, Director of Corporate Partnerships, and Director of Operations, I ensured each vendor had the necessary information for a smooth setup.

The Fan Zone was a huge success, enhancing the overall fan experience and strengthening sponsor relationships. This experience reinforced the importance of clear communication, problem-solving, and operational efficiency in large-scale event management.
